Will China always be labeled as copycats?

I wonder when the term ''Made in China" will really truthfully be made in China. If I'm not mistaken China is always known for copying things, especially electronics and selling it off at a cheaper price. As you know Apple is bringing out an Apple Watch, but there are already imitations in China known as AW08 and the iWatch. Both look like the Apple Watch in the sense that they also have "digital crown" dials, similar-styled straps, and identical user interface graphics. There are some differences though, such as they run on Google's Android platform, boast a longer battery life and they don't feature the same heart-monitoring sensor on their rear.
The above watch for example, which is listed as D Watch on one of China's popular online shopping service, promotes a pink wrist strap that is not available from Apple, so of course there will be consumers who will want to buy this watch. As long as there are people out there who will buy so-called "fakes", there will always be companies continuing to produce copy-cat or "fake" products. You can read more about this topic here, and the article also mentions the difficulty that companies such as Apple have if they try to stop reproduction or sales of their imitations. What is your opinion on such products?
