Parking wrongly could ruin your car.

At first I thought this was funny, when I read an article about how a parked BMW that was blocking the road gets vandalised. But in hindsight, this was probably not funny for the owner of the car. No matter how pissed off you are at the thoughtlessness of some selfish people, whereby they block the road so you can't pass, that still doesn't give you the right to ruin their property. At the least you can report it and let the law handle the matter, so the car can be towed away.
The above car was left vandalised with a note saying "You were blocking the road". The entire back windshield was on the ground in one piece and the front windshield smashed by a blunt object into two pieces, there was a long scratch, and the passenger door kicked in leaving a muddy footprint on the door. You can read a more detailed article of the vandalised car here and also the reactions of delighted Netizens. FYI, Netizens are known as citizens on the web / internet. I will be writing another post on Netizens later on and link it to the post. A lot of the comments were saying the owner of the car deserved it since they weren't respecting others by parking wrongfully. In my opinion, smashing someone else's property like that is just unlawful. I don't agree with any type of vandalising especially this type and I hope this is not a common practice in China. What are your thoughts on this incident?
